Premier African Minerals Limited

Premier African Minerals is an emerging Spodumene producer through its flagship Zulu Lithium and Tantalum Project in Zimbabwe. Premier African Minerals also holds the RHA Tungsten Project, currently undergoing shareholder restructuring with the Government of Zimbabwe, which retains a 51% interest.

In addition to its Zimbabwean assets, Premier African Minerals has a strategic interest in MN Holdings Limited, operator of the Otjozondu Manganese Mining Project in Namibia. It also holds a 50% stake in the Li3 Lithium Project in Mutare, Zimbabwe, where Premier African Minerals now leads the full technical management function.

Premier African Minerals holds a 13.9% equity interest in Vortex Limited, which in turn holds a 36.7% interest in Circum Minerals Limited, the owner of the Danakil Potash Project located in Ethiopia.
